I bring to my practice lived experience as a queer, non binary social advocate. My previous work for over two decades was in serving those experiencing poverty and homelessness. Agency, autonomy and liberation are values central to my work and inform how I create the container we work together in.
As a therapist and healer I hope to guide and support you in developing a connection with the wisdom that lies within you. Bringing forth choice and the freedom to heal and release as well as define and grow. There are deep wells of resource within each of us - ready support us as we cultivate a life a authenticity and integrity not only for ourselves but for those close to us and the communities we live in.
