Peaceful Way Psychology is an affirming group psychotherapy practice serving adults throughout New York State via telehealth. We provide a supportive, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies seeking help with anxiety, burnout, relationship concerns, identity exploration, life transitions, self-esteem, and personal growth.

Our therapists understand the importance of feeling seen, respected, and accepted in therapy. We are committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique experiences, identities, and relationships.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, questions about identity, work-related stress, or major life transitions, we work collaboratively to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
