As a licensed therapist based in San Francisco, I help individuals and couples dive beneath surface-level issues to discover the underlying causes of their distress. Many of the men and women who choose to work with me are in the grips of anxiety, depression, addiction, or relationship challenges. Many are highly motivated professionals that are self-reliant and achievement-focused, but often struggle with self-defeating thoughts and patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
I am good at recognizing the issues that affect our sense of self and our ability to be in nourishing relationships.
I bring a style that is warm and unitive, combining psychoanalytic theory, Jungian psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and perspectives on healing from many different cultures and traditions.
Taken with a trusted and skilled guide, a journey into the depths can increase our self-awareness, help us find the best answers to life-changing questions, and guide us to a more enjoyable life. I invite you to contact me and explore the possibility of taking your journey together.
Diversity is embraced in my life and my practice. It is an honor that people who identify in a variety of ways choose me as their therapist.
