As a Biracial Black queer cis-femme, I welcome you to intersectional and relational therapy where we get to attend to all of the parts of you and your experience in the world. You might like it here if you find yourself among the queer - the gender expansive, the couples, parents, and polycules, the kinky and the ace/aro, the high achievers and the highly sensitive, the BIPOC, and those in the industry.

I'm an LMFT and AASECT certified sex therapist, and my business is intimacy - that's all things sex, love, and relationship - including the traumas and patterns that complicate them. My therapeutic orientation holds you as the expert on your own experience and needs.

Being a good sex therapist means being a good trauma therapist. Sex therapy with me means healing from the ground up. I’m not just talking about healing the “Big T” traumas like abuse, assault, and neglect, but ALL of the traumas – the complex trauma of living in a body that is outside of the western ideal, the traumas of chronic bullying, political turmoil, immigration, capitalism, eco-anxiety, patriarchy, and of course, generational trauma.

But therapy isn’t just for those in crisis, and things do not have to be bad to get better. This is a place to explore wanting MORE. You are allowed to be grateful for your life AND want more! More Connection. Pleasure. Joy. Your desires are valid and undeserving of shame or judgment. Challenging what we've been taught we deserve is hard. You're not alone and sex therapy is often a great adjunct for folx who have a primary therapist or couples therapist and want to focus on expansion in other areas.

I use a combination of evidence based and clinical practices as well as individually tailored approaches to access your truest self. Like, yes we’re doing Brainspotting and understanding your unique neurobiological patterns, but I also want to hear about your natal chart. Bring me all of you, and let’s sort through it together. You are the expert, and I will bring all of my clinical tools to meet you where you are.
