Do you wish to feel better than you often feel? Looking to improve your relationships with others, like romantic partners, family, or coworkers? Seeking to change bad habits or overcome addictions? I work with individuals, couples, and within relationships to find paths toward achieving your goals.

I like to affirm the unique perspective, culture, and strengths of each client. I’ll start by listening to where you are at and where you want to go. Sometimes barriers get in the way of our goals. By working together as a team, I’m optimistic we will find new paths to overcome these barriers. Along the way, I’ll invite your feedback to help keep us on track.

Please contact me for a free 20-minute consultation.

I’m culturally mixed. I was born into a Chinese Indonesian family. As a child, my parents immigrated to Texas seeking a better life for themselves and their kids. I liked science and studied engineering in college. After graduation, I accepted a position in the Bay Area for my first job. Along the way, I met my husband. Skipping to my 40s, my life experience, curiosity, and sense of purpose led me to change careers and become a psychotherapist.
