As a queer, gender-expansive Associate Marriage and Family Therapist I work with individuals, couples, and families. My focus is to help you better understand yourself, your challenges, and your strengths so that you can achieve your goals and create a fulfilling life. I believe that therapy is a sacred space in which the client-therapist relationship can be reparative.

I offer tools around self-regulation, body scan meditations, and other techniques to soothe the nervous system. If you are dealing with PTSD or past traumas I provide a safe place for you to unpack your feelings and memories, while learning to soothe and empower yourself. Two important factors in healing trauma are learning self-soothing while uncovering a narrative (of what happened) that makes sense to you.
I do talk therapy, cognitive therapy, and short-term solution-based therapy. I am also trained in non-traditional methods including somatic therapy, expressive arts, and drama therapy. I offer therapy groups for LGBTQ elders and multigenerational queer folks.
I am excited to meet you. I am interested in you, your vision for your life, and your challenges. Our work together will help you understand your strengths and create transformation around patterns that hold you back.

Please feel free to reach out to me, and help you decide if we are a good fit to work together.
