I work with individuals and couples experiencing depression, anxiety and conflict or grief and provide a safe and caring space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I utilize an attachment based psychodynamic approach to assist you in identifying and addressing problematic messages that impact your current relationships, whether friends, partners or lovers, families of origin or chosen families as well as your work environment . I assist you in strengthening your sense of yourself and increasing your ability to make choices that reflect your core values and aspirations.

I have been a long time activist with a social justice and feminist sensibility, As a therapist, this means that I pay attention to the impact of social environment on the issues presented by clients.
