Hi, I'm Katy! I work primarily with folks who had tough childhoods, difficult parents, or experienced trauma, neglect, or abuse. I see a lot clients struggling with anxiety and perfectionism, addiction, relational issues, and other impacts of trauma. I also specialize in ADHD and Autism, as well as betrayal trauma and sex & porn addiction and am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I love working with folks of all ages and see individuals, adolescents, couples and families in my practice in Walnut Creek and Alameda, CA, and virtually throughout California.
