The people who come to me are curious to get to know themselves in a deeper way. I work with people to help them live more authentically, embrace their true selves, let go of perfectionism, set healthier boundaries in relationships, interrupt unhelpful patterns, mindfully manage anxiety, and heal from trauma. Together, we can work toward both short-term and long-term change.
I have current openings for individual and couples/relationship therapy clients. I am available for in-person sessions in the Mission District in San Francisco and virtual sessions throughout California.

Additional insurance info: My fee is $200 for individual therapy sessions and $225 for relationship therapy sessions. While I am not an in-network provider on any insurance panels, I am happy to generate a monthly statement that you may submit for reimbursement if your PPO plan has out-of-network mental health coverage.
