I’m a queer, neurodivergent, white-bodied existential depth therapist drawn to the complexities, contradictions, and mysteries of being human. My work is rooted in presence, curiosity, and care for what doesn’t always fit neatly into language or expectation. It’s a collaborative unfolding—attuned to what’s uncertain and still becoming.

Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, creative, spiritually curious, or in roles of holding space for others. They may feel deeply, think in complex and expansive ways, and live with stories or experiences that have often been misunderstood, overlooked, or untold. Many have learned to navigate life by masking, accommodating, or holding too much alone—whether as a means of survival or as part of tending to others. Some arrive with a quiet ache—sensing that something wants attention, even if it can’t yet be named.

This work grows in relationship—shaped by presence and mutual responsiveness. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing or offering advice. It’s not about having clear goals or knowing where we’re going. It’s about being-with: with what’s unresolved, what’s unspoken, and what’s emerging in its own time.


There’s no pressure to be certain, articulate, or “okay.” Just room to be with what’s real—with space for contradiction, complexity, and the questions that don’t always seek answers.
