Welcome one and all. I have a private practice in Berkeley, and offer a hybrid of in person or telehealth services. I work with a diverse and amazing group of folks. As an integrative therapist, I draw on collaborative, active and empowering practices such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, and Hypnosis.
