I have been working in the field of psychotherapy since 1996, and have had experience working with a wide variety of concerns and a wide range of populations.

I also have a very diverse personal history, having lived and worked all over the world with a wide variety of peoples and cultures, and having undertaken a wide variety of personal explorations, everything from being a professional dancer, to database design and IT, and beyond. I have found in my practice that these areas of rich personal experience allow me to better relate to YOUR experience, no matter what it might be.

I approach therapy in general from a holistic perspective, working mindfully, experientially and somatically. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship (couples) work and with the following communities: same-sex (gay, bi and/or queer), transgender and non-binary (mostly trans men and those who identify as gender queer/NB), polyamory, kink, etc., though my actual practice is very diverse and I work with a broad spectrum of clients.

I believe that therapy is a place to not only work through difficulties or problems, but also a place of immense potential to increase the satisfaction and joy in our lives, and a way to maximize the possibilities of what it means to be a human being here and now.
