Fighting with your partner has become nearly a daily experience that both of you don't know how to handle anymore. It's like the fights just keep repeating and you're not able to recover like you used to. Trying to talk about finances, how to manage household tasks, or about future plans is so challenging it's starting to feel hopeless. Feeling distant while you're sitting right next to each other is really weighing on you because it's happening more often and you don't know how to get back to connection.

Specializing in couples therapy, I welcome you individually or partnered if you're seeking to improve the quality of your love and connection in your partnership. I use a blend of attachment and somatic approaches that include EFT, PACT, the Developmental model of couples therapy, mindfulness and polyvagal work.

Sub specialities include financial therapy and working with ADHDers. We can include stressors, concerns and differences in viewing money in our work. I'm also anti-oppressive and neurodivergent affirming in my practice which means I welcome work on exploring impacts of harmful social biases, unlearning internalized oppression as well as making room for differences in neurotypes and ways our brains process information differently in relationships and in life.

I'm a strong ally to people in the LGBTQI+ community and have experience working with the specific struggles LGBTQI+ couples have in their relationships especially when it comes to differences in real lived experiences of safety or danger in social contexts, self acceptance and managing harmful discrimination from others or family of origin.

I welcome you to reach out when you're ready to start this journey of learning to let your guard down, accept differences, attach more securely and love more deeply in relationships that matter most to you.
