Hi. Thanks for taking the time to get to know me. Let me start by saying that I love being a therapist. I believe working with people as they inquire and discover about themselves is a beautiful experience.

I focus in creating deeper intimacy and pleasure in one's life, either with self or with others. I am a certified sex therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

I have a PhD in Human Sexuality with a Concentration in Clinical Practice. My works focuses on sex therapy which includes behaviors, physiological, and psychological issues that an individual or couple/open/poly relationships may encounter. Working through the lens of sexuality allows for an exploration of various themes including intimacy, problematic sexual behaviors (including overconsumption of dating/hook up applications and sexual imagery), and physiological issues such as erectile dysfunction, delayed ejaculation, and painful intercourse.

I have a Masters Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Somatic Psychotherapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies. My undergraduate degree is in anthropology. I consider myself a soma-cultural therapist. I am interested in the body and its relation to culture which helps shape, challenge, and ulitmately influence our experiences. I was raised in a biracial and bi-cultural household (Native American and Caucasian) and understand the importance of culturally competent therapy in our modern technological lives.

I am a member of AASECT, CAMFT, GAYLESTA, and a board member of the Bay Area American Indian Two-Spirits Society and the Two-Spirit Center for Equity.

I offer short and long-term therapy for individuals, couples, relational partnerships, families, and groups. I work with adults, teens, and children of all orientations and backgrounds.
